No there is not a deposit, however if looking to book multi-day rentals we will work with you to set up a payment arrangement as your rental date approaches. All bookings must be paid in full 24 hours before reservation or subject to cancellation.
We are located half way between Port Angeles and Sequim Washington and primarily serve this community, however we accept bookings from any location.
We are located up Blue Mountain Road in Port Angeles Washington. In order to protect our privacy specific location details will only be given after booking. Future goals include a more centrally located address with contactless pick up and delivery.
Although it may seem steep, we keep our pricing competitive. Currently there are very few, if no options in Washington State to rent an ADA van on a short term/hourly basis. The daily rates are upwards of $170 dollars before fees and taxes without a delivery option available. At $150/day all fees included, and multi-day discounts, this price in itself is below market average. If you happen to find a more competitive deal, we will price match!
The manual ramp is very easy to slide out and in. It glides well and only one hand is needed to operate the ramp. The securement system inside is the Q'Straint Deluxe. These are easy to extend and hook onto any wheelchair. They are self tightening, so as you are going down you may at first hear an occasional "click" this just means they are working well to maintain maximum security. A small red tab releases the 'ratchet strap' like device so you can unhook.

Yes, we offer 24/7 roadside assistance for our van rentals. This is included in our car insurance policy and information available in vehicle if need arises. There is also a set of jumper cables in the vehicle as an extra precaution.

At this time we do not offer medical transport, or 'taxi-esque' transportation services. We are strictly a service that rents directly to individuals just as you would rent from Avis/Hertz etc. The owner is an RN by trade however, and it is best to reach out directly if you are looking for specific services as there are a number of contacts and companies we have connections with to help.
